January 1998 - June 1998. Managed the unix environment for Chase Insurance Agency (of Chase Bank). Tuned Sybase servers for Solaris. Upgraded all servers to Solaris 2.6. Installed new Enterprise-450 server and transitioned the new environment to the newly hired full-time system administrator.

May 1997 - December 1997. Delivered solutions to a variety of customers; including GE Capital, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, Philip Morris, Chase Manhattan, during a number of short engagements.

January 1997 - April 1997. Designed and built a system for serving legacy documentation on Lucent Technologies' internal Web site. Built tools to convert documents from troff, Frame and Word formats to HTML, PostScript and PDF formats.

Supported applications programmers. Wrote tools in C, BASIC and Assembly Language. Installed Sykes' first UNIX system and became the system manager.
